Basics
1. Eat healthy. Drink lots water, but not too much.
2. Wash your face at least twice everyday with a mild cleanser like Cetaphil.
3. Take a bath eveyday. Except if you have a cold or anything.
4. (optional) If you want, use a toner then mosturize.
For Great Hair
1. If you want your hair to be straight [but not limp], try Palmolive Fashion Girl shampoo. I tried it and it's really great. Even if I don't dry it - it's still straight.
2. If possible, after you shampoo your hair. Also put conditioner. You can leave the conditioner for a while then rinse your hair for better results.
3. If you want you can dry your hair in front of the electric fan. Instead of a hairdryer.
For Smoother Skin
Well, for this, it's the basics.
If you don't want to use a moisturizer, you'll need to drink lots of water, but not too much. Ashley Tisdale drinks a lot of water. So, instead of softdrinks, drink water, it's good for you and for your skin.
For Lighter Skin
We all have our natural skin tone. Some have fairer skin than others. But if your natural skin tone is light, but it only darkened when you went swimming, you can fix that. I won't recommend using your mom's products. ΓΌ. You can regain your skin tone again by not exposing yourself under the sun too much. We can prevent it by using Sun Block. {Don't say that they don't work, there's instruction at the back of the bottle.} That's what I can advice you for lighter skin. We have different skin types so I won't recommend specific products.
